Online Data Entry
From Monday 9th October, you are now required to be a Participant Contact in the myQAP portal to access the “Result Entry” functionality, which appears as a tab in the myQAP website. If you do not have myQAP access, the “Primary Contact” for your facility will be able to assist you in becoming a participant contact. Alternatively, you can log a request via the form on the Contact Us page to become a participant contact.
Note – the ‘Transfusion – B program’ and ‘Transfusion – Individual Assessment program’ result entry website is not affected by this change and will remain available.
